We are hiring a strategic, entrepreneurial Account Executive who wants to build, not just maintain. You will own territory growth, create a pipeline through proactive prospecting, influence executive decision-makers, and drive profitable results with urgency and accountability. Primary Responsibilities

·        Build net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration

·        Own the full sales cycle: discovery to negotiation to close

·        Navigate complex buying cycles across procurement, finance, and security

·        Drive profitable revenue with a strong services-attach mindset

·        Maintain disciplined MEDDIC qualification and accurate forecasting

·        Strengthen customer relationships and create multi-year growth opportunities

·        Lead and support RFP/RFQ submissions when required

·        Actively represent Weaver at customer engagements and industry events

Qualifications

·        3–7 years of proven success in quota-carrying field sales

·        Strong ability to hunt, open doors, and close complex solutions

·        Skilled in multi-stakeholder selling and executive engagement

·        Experience in infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or AI solutions

·        Familiar with MEDDIC or comparable qualification frameworks

·        Strong negotiation, communication, and business acumen

Additional Information

·        Must reside in the assigned territory-DFW

·        Regular travel for customer and partner engagements

·        Competitive base salary with uncapped commission tied to revenue and GP
