Position Overview

As a Senior Technical Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that align with business goals. You’ll serve as the technical authority across projects, guiding cross-functional teams through architecture decisions, integration strategies, and implementation best practices. Your success will be measured by how well you meet individual and team goals, maintain a healthy balance between field and office work, focus your time on high-impact activities, and deliver accurate, effective solutions.

 

This position is a telecommute position and can be located anywhere within Texas.  

 

Key Responsibilities

· Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers (Stakeholders) to identify pain points and opportunities, translating them into tailored solutions.

· Solution Design: Develop high-level architecture and strategies that align with customer business goals and technical requirements.

· Technical Presentations: Communicate the advantages of the proposed solutions effectively to stakeholders, including CIO/CTO level executives.

· Proof of Concept (PoC)/ Product Demo: Create and present demonstrations to validate the proposed solutions and showcase their capabilities.

· Proposal Development: Work with the sales team to create detailed technical proposals, including solution architectures, scopes of work, implementation plans, builds of materials with cost estimates.

· Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.

· Workshops and Training: Lead and participate in workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions for customers and partners.

 

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus, however, not required.

· 6+ years of experience in hardware architecture, systems design, or technical consulting.

· Proven expertise in enterprise integration with Dell, Ruckus, HP, Fortinet and other enterprise providers.

· Strong understanding of security, compliance, and performance optimization.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Skills

· Certifications: Networking, Server, Storage, Cloud certifications are preferred.

· Experience with Enterprise Sales methodology such as MEDDIC.

· Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Monday, Salesforce/ NetSuite, or Dynamics 365.
